Mutant Ramen Noodle Bar is a new project of the team behind Mutant Fast Food & Catering, a well-known food truck from Hlučín. The concept has now opened a permanent space at 942/17 Nádražní Street.

Kimbab Plus is a modern Korean bistro that brings the authentic flavours of Korea right to the centre of Ostrava. It is located at Nádražní 1553/45. The business is popular among lovers of Korean cuisine and fans of K-pop, which is reflected in its interior.

BrainMarket Ostrava

BrainMarket is a Czech brand focused on healthy lifestyle, which opened a brick-and-mortar store in the centre of Ostrava. This modern business with an area of over 300 m² offers a wide range of health and wellness products, including dietary supplements, organic food, natural cosmetics and organic drugstore. The store also includes a bistro where visitors can enjoy healthy snacks and drinks. The business is located on the ground floor of the Gate Nová Karolina office building.

Vatsak Ostrava

The Vatsak confectionery house is an international chain of confectionery shops that opened its first branch in the Czech Republic in 2024. The brand has its roots in Ukraine, where it operates nearly 1,000 branches, and is also popular in Slovakia. Vatsak offers a wide range of confectionery products, including cakes, pastries and other sweets. The business is located at 3138/41, 28 28. října Street.

A new café is being prepared on Nádražní Street. More precisely, it is Red Dogs Coffee. Originally, the space housed an Asian bistro Happy Banh Mi.

We’ll stay on Nádražní Street. The well-known café Pikola from Šumperk is preparing its Ostrava branch in the premises of the café Čerstvý Boby.

V prostorách po Taverně na Rynku se připravuje nový podnik. Bohužel více podrobností není uvedeno. Dle vizuálu oznámení by se však mohlo jednat o ostravskou pobočku oblíbeného opavského bistra Botanica.
